We guarantee the effectiveness of all documents for their stated purpose.

​Our standard real estate deed costs $199.  Compare                       ("I'm looking for... deed") at $249.

Occasionally, problems of title, of ingress-egress or

right of way, or the application of pre-marital or separation agreements, external contracts, LLC operating agreements and the like, will increase the attorney's preparation time beyond the anticipated scope and cost of our $199 deed.​  In such a case, we will follow-up within 24 hours of your order (or the beginning of the following business day)  to advise you of the complicating factors and the resultant price increase.  You will have the option at that time to pay the difference or to obtain a full refund of your initial payment.

Your County Register of Deeds will charge a separate filing/registration fee, ordinarily $26.00.

 
Also, in a NC real estate sale revenue stamps of $1 per $500 of the sale price will be due upon filing.
 
It is in the buyer's interests to accurately report the sale price.
