​TITLE MATTERS​

We will perform a limited title search to ensure the adequacy of the named parties and of your property description and to ensure the effectiveness of your desired goals, but our standard deed does not include a comprehensive title search or the legal services necessary to resolve real estate title problems.  A local real estate closing attorney can assist you with the former, and a local real estate litigator with the latter.
