​THE PROCESS

​1. The Order A Deed button will initiate a short

    automated process to confirm the suitability of our goods 

    and services for your particular real estate needs.

    Upon confirmation of suitability,

2. Pay your $199 invoice by major credit/debit card

    via PayPal's secure financial portal.

3. Complete a short survey of the parties and land

    involved in your real estate transaction.

    Attach (by .pdf or .jpg), fax or mail a copy of the last

    preceding deed or other requested document(s) of title. 

     Or, we will locate the prior title documents

for a small additional fee.

4. You (and in all non-commercial transactions the 

grantor, if different) will speak with our attorney
separately by telephone (or otherwise if you
prefer)  to confirm the suitability and scope of
 the 
assignment and to answer your questions.

5. If the buyer in your transaction has a closing attorney 

we will forward the document(s) to the closing attorney

for review and approval, and will revise documents as 

    necessary to satisfy the requirements of all parties.

If you will be filing your deed, it will be forwarded (your preference of emailFedEx or USPS) to whomever you designate for review, along with complete simple instructions for signing, notarizing

and filing with the appropriate Register of Deeds.

 

IMPORTANT NOTE: Your county Register of Deeds will not accept a real estate deed for filing if

real estate taxes are delinquent.  You will need to obtain your county Tax Office's clearance for this purpose prior to filing your deed.
